1996 Low-Key Hillclimbs Scoring Example

The following is a scoring example in which four males have participanted through three weeks. A similar table will be maintained for females and for teams. Note two of the riders also helped coordinate Hillclimbs.

* Rider helped run the Hillclimb -- scoring is by special coordinator rules

(1) Rider received fastest time among male participants, thus receiving 100 points
(2) Rider receives score as percentage of winner's time to his time
(3) Rider did not start and thus receives score of zero
(4) Rider coordinated, and thus receives duplicate of score from following week in which he participated
(5) Rider coordinated, and thus receives score from following week. Since there is as yet no following week, he receives the score from the first week (the sequence wraps around to 1). Following the next week in which he participates, he will receive the score from that week instead.
