Here's map links for key GPS points used in the timing for this week's route. The actual timing uses lines, not points, which the rider must cross. For simplicity, just the center point of the line is shown. Additionally, only crossings of the lines in the correct direction are counted. Note that you should start your effort before the bottom of the timed segment and finish it after: GPS errors are on order 10 meters and so you definitely want to assume that if you're within 10 meters of one of these points you may still be under the clock, even if under ideal conditions you would be clear of the timed portion.
