The Serene One got down and dirty! And threw at us clouds, fog, cold and . . . a tree! Yes, sometime Saturday, a tree fell in the forest, and soon people noticed. And overcame the challenge in various ways - starting over, ducking and riding under, dismounting and ducking under, or stopping short in a WTF! moment. And so it goes. From mountain bikes to road bikes with 25 mm rubber, it surely was an eclectic mix of material on this dirty climb!

Congratulations to Joy Franco of Menlo Velo Cyclocross who beat out Robin Betz of Alto Velo by just a hair!

Another upset for the men as well! Justin and Chris Peck of LGBRC followed by Stefano Profumo broke the winning streak of John Janetzko, who continues to dominate the Overall. Congratulations, Justin Peck!

Andy Crews of Low-Key ran up on foot with Tilly, still faster than about a fifth of the bikes!
